Access Point
If you need any advice on referral or have any general enquiries about the Dementia Wellbeing Service you can use our Access Point number. You can contact the Access Point line on: 0117 904 5151. If you are a non English speaker and require an interpeter please let us know what language you require at the start of the phone call and we will connect you to an interpreter from the Big Word interpretation service.

It is open during the following times:
8am to 6pm Monday - Friday
The Access Point Line is closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
The Dementia Wellbeing Service operates from two bases across Bristol. If you already have a diagnosis of dementia, or care for someone who does, please contact us directly via our Access Point or our Enquiries Inbox. If you do not have a diagnosis or are having problems with your memory, you can access our service through your GP.

The Friends and Family Test is a way of giving feedback about your experience of the Dementia Wellbeing Service which will help us to improve the quality of the service. You can also provide feedback direct to Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) dpt.pals(*at*)nhs.net
